Yes, it has been a week since Coachella weekend two, and yes, that’s because I did get “the Coachella cough” and have been recovering! Walking 100,000 steps in 3 days and then doing it all over again really takes a toll on you! I mean that’s over 62 miles in 6 days! Crazy.
I have to admit, doing two weekends back to back of Coachella is rough!
Overall, had such a fun time! Grants bestie from Minnesota care down and his friend Bryan went with us as well. It was a boys weekend and somehow I was able to “hang with the boys”. Except for Saturday haha. Then Sunday I needed to chug two redbull vodkas to stay in the game, but somehow I made it!
This was our first time doing both weekends and it was pretty cool getting to come back after such an epic weekend one. It was cool to be able to see some different bands, and also cool to know who I wanted to see a second time.
I was a bit sad that Odessa didn’t have drones the 2nd weekend! So sad.
On to my outfits!
Day 1 was my 70's inspired look. I really didnt have "a plan" for weekend 2 so I went to TJMAXX the night before and picked up some last minute accessories like this steve madden belt($10 for a pack of 2), guess heart sunnies($14), and the earrings($5). I aslo found the Free People shorts on sale for only $25! I love TJMAXX! I couldnt find the exact items, but similar are linked.
Day 2 consisted of mostly Free People! Found the top at Nordstrom rack for $17, the shorts I purchased full price in store(worn weekend 1), and i just threw on my OG Karen Walker sunnies(not sold anymore).
Day 3 I wore my ruffle top that I wore at the PopSugar party last year, paired with some joe jean shorts and the other steve madden belt that came in the 2 pack from TJMAXX. Grant bought me the black and white rose face shield around my neck on amazon. It really is a MUST to cover your face from all the dust walking around! I wore mine and still got sick! & grant did rock the dabbing dalmatian shirt again, also found on amazon haha!
& yes, I really didn't get many photos this weekend! I do try to snap a few and then put my phone away so I'm enjoying the moment more then spending all my time worried about photographs. Also, none of my photographs are retouched besides some brightness/contrast. So you get bruises, cellulite, and face blemishes just in case you thought I retouch myself! #letsgetreal
Can't wait till next year's Coachella!!!!!!! Already counting down.
